If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, GS cannot guarantee recovery or redelivery of the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, GS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you with any claims or investigations.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged package and product

We will review the claim and work to provide an appropriate solution.
